In its efforts to liberalise FDI entrants Saudi Arabia repealed its previous investment law and replaced it with the Foreign Investment Law 2000. The new law created a new licensing authority for facilitating the processing and approval of FDIs: Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA) (Foreign Investment Law, 200 0). The idea is to make FDI entry easier and to reduce the time involved in establishing FDIs in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, corporate taxes were reduced from 45% to 30% (Hussein, 2009). The new 2000 law is arguably a major improvement over its previous investment law. It occurs in a variety of different contexts including speech, books, music, films, and other arts, the press, radio, television, and the Internet for a variety of reasons including national security, to control obscenity, child pornography, and hate speech, to protect children, to promote or restrict political or religious views, and to prevent slander and libel. It may or may not be legal. Many countries provide strong protections against censorship by law, but none of these protections are absolute and it is frequently necessary to balance conflicting rights in order to determine what can and cannot be censored. Benefits of Censorship It is evident that the hotly debated issue concerning media censorship is hardly started, especially in today’s ever changing media. With the ever changing medial rules and regulations, media authorities are always on their toes with regards to evaluating what is fit for publication or broadcast. This article aims at highlighting both the pros and cons of censorship. 1. National Issue: a. In present days a country involve in developing nuclear weapon impasses ban on telecasting or broadcasting any news regarding nuclear weapon subject. b. A scandal or spreading obnoxious picture of very high official of the country needs a immediate censorship on electronic midea. 2. Cassia Fistula Antidiabetic and Wound Healing Activities Problem Statement: The present research is on the antidiabetic, wound healing and antimicrobial activities of various parts of Cassia fistula. Diabetes is one of the most prevalence chronic diseases in the world. This is a chronic incurable condition due to insulin deficiency that affect 10% of the population. The number of diabetic people is expected to rise from present estimate of 150 million to 230 million in 2025. For a long time, diabetes has been treated with several medicinal plants or their extract based on the folklore medicine. Infection is also the major problem to treat the wound and wound infections are most common in developing countries because of poor hygienic conditions. Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcuspyogenes, Escherichiacoli, and Pseudomonasaeruginosa are some important  organisms causing wound infection .Nowadays herbal medicines are highly recommended for  the treatment of diabetes inspite of other therapeutic option, which can produce serious side effects. Cassia fistulais an important and potential medicinal plant. The Cassia fistula is the substantial evidences on the anti -bacterial activities of its pod and seed extracts. Cassiafistulapossess antioxidant, antimutagenic, antitumor, hepatoprotective, antitussive,antimicro bial, anti-inflammatory and so many activities. Its antioxidant activity plays a role in wellness, health maintenance, and the prevention of chronic and degenerative diseases. It is recognized  as a rich source of vitamins, flavanoids, tannins glycosides, phospholipids, carbohydrates. The evaluation of toxic properties of Cassia fistula is also crucial when considering public health protection because exposure to plant extracts can result in undesirable effects on consumers. Acute oral  toxicity of C. fistulaseeds extract t shows that oral administration of crude extract even at the highest dose of (5000 mg/kg) resulted in no mortalities or eviden ce of adverse effects, implying that C.fistulain nontoxic. Hence, the extract can be utilized for pharmaceutical formulations. The methanolic extract of Cassia fistulaleaves was examined for its wound healing property in the form of an ointment.The leaves are laxative and used externally as emollient, a poultice used for chilblains,   in   insect   bites,   swelling, rheumatism and facial paralysis. Leaves are used in ulcers, external skin eruptions and eczema. Fruits are used as cathartic, in snake bite and asthma. Barks  possess  tonic  and  antidysentric properties. It is also used for skin complaints, leprosy, jaundice, syphilis and heart diseases.So attempt has been made to study the antidiabetic activity of the glycoside containing fractions. In traditional medicine, it is used in the treatment of hematemesis, pruritis, intestinal disorders, leucoderma, diabetes, as antipyretic, analgesic laxative. The innumerable medicinal pr operties and therapeutic uses of Cassia fistula as well as its phytochemical investigations prove its import nce as a valuable medicinal plant. 2.Objectives (To be attained): To determine, antidiabetic and antimicrobial activities of cassia fistula various parts To investigate the wound healing activity of of various parts of cassia fistula plant To evaluate phytochemical properties, of various parts of cassia fistula .to investigate the antibacterial and antifungal activities of Cassia species using disc diffusion methods To apply supplement (extract) on selected animal to check diabetes and cholesterol level To examine the weight age level of animal before and after dose. Analysis and confirmation of phytochemical compounds using the highly advance techniques such as UV, HPLC and GC/MS. To reduce the content of diabetes and cholesterol level on suppressed animal. 3.Literature Survey: (Brief survey of past work done on the topic and any related work with reference, developing need for present study). The antidiabetic potential of the total alcoholic extract its ethyl acetate fraction of the bark of Cassia fistula was studied in alloxan induced diabetic rats. The ethyl acetate fraction exhibited significant reduction in blood glucose levels than alcoholic extract was also found effective in restoring the blood lipids to normal levels. The activity was found comparable with standard drug glibenclamide. The present investigation of the plant established some pharmacological evidence to support the folklore claim and effect of glycoside containing fraction that is used as an antidiabetic.[1]       The plant Phyllanthus reticulatus is claimed to have antidiabetic activity in tribal area. To validate the tribal claim,the petroleum ether and ethanolic extracts of leaves of the P. reticulatus were orally tested at 500 and 1000 mg/kg for hypoglycemic effect in alloxan induces diabetic mice. It shows antidiabetic activity at the dose of 1000 mg/kg. The phytochemical screening of the residues revealed the presence of terpenoids glycosides, protein, carbohydrates and absence of alkaloids and steroids.[2]       Cassia fistula Linn is used extensively in various parts of the world against a wide range of ailments, the synergistic action of its metabolite production being most probably responsible for the plants beneficial effects. This paper reviews the primary and secondary metabolite composition of vegetative and reproductive plant parts and cell cultures thereby derived, with emphasis on potent phenolic antioxidants such as anthraquinones, flavonoids and flavan-3-ol derivatives In order to establish this, it is imperative to measure the markers of baseline oxidative stress particularly in human health and disease and examine how they are affected by supplementation with pure compounds or complex plant extracts from the traditional medicinal plants.[3]                  Medicinal herbs are moving from fringe to mainstream use with a greater number of people seeking remedies and health approaches free from side effects caused by synthetic chemicals. India officially recognizes over 3000 plants for their medicinal value. It is generally estimated that over 6000 plants in India are in use in traditional, folk and herbal medicine. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review on the phytochemical and pharmacological aspects of Cassia fistula.[4]        C. fistula treated rats showed, better wound closure, improved tissue regeneration at the wound site, and supporting histopathological parameters pertaining to wound healing. Biochemical analysis and matrix metalloproteinases expression correlated well with the results thus confirming efficacy of C. fistula in the treatment of the infected wound.[5]        The present review focused on plant extracts or phytochemicals role in diabetes management has been tried by many researchers. I have attempted to compile a list of total 419 plant species belongs to 133 families have been used for in-vitro and in-vivo studies. The researchers have used different parts of the plant extracts or individual phytochemicalsfor antidiabetic activities. This review brings the researcher data on antidiabetic activities of different plant extracts role in reducing of diabetic problems.[6]      Cassia fistula Linn. which belongs to family Leguminosae is a medium-sized tree and its different parts are used in ayurvedic medicine as well as home remedies for common ailments. Sequential extraction was carried out using solvents viz. petroleum ether, chloroform, ethanol, methanol and water from leaf of the plant were investigated for preliminary phytochemical and antibacterial property. Results of the study showed that all the extracts had good inhibitory activity against Gram-positive test organism. [7]      Hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol and water extracts from the flower of Cassia fistula (an ethnomedicinal plant) were tested against bacteria and fungi. All the extracts exhibited antibacterial activity against Gram-positive organisms with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) between 0.078 and 2.5 mg/ml. Among the Gram-negative bacteria, only Pseudomonas aeruginosa was susceptible to the extracts. Ethyl acetate crude extract was fractionated using chromatographic techniques. A crystal was isolated, which was confirmed as 4-hydroxy benzoic acid hydrate using X-ray crystallography. It exhibited antifungal activity against Trichophyton mentagrophytes (MIC 0.5 mg/ml) and Epidermophyton floccosum (MIC 0.5 mg/ml).[8]         Aim of the study is to assess the antimicrobial activity Cassia fistula fruit pulp extracts on some bacterial and fungal strains. Hydro alcohol and chloroform extracts of Cassia fistula fruit pulp were evaluated for the potential antimicrobial activity. The antimicrobial activity was determined in both the extracts using the agar disc diffusion method. Extracts were effective on tested microorganisms. The antibacterial potential of the extracts were found to be dose dependent. The antibacterial activities of the C. fistula were due to the presence of various secondary metabolites. Hence, these plants can be used to discover bioactive natural products that may serve as leads in the development of new pharmaceuticals research activities.[9]           In the present study antifungal activity of crude and partially purified extracts of Cassia fistula L. fruit pulp has been assayed against Alternaria solani which is responsible for early blight of potato. Cold and hot extracts of fruit pulp was prepared in different organic solvents, which were subsequently recycled by rotary vacuum evaporator. Antifungal activity of different fractions was determined by poison food technique. Maximum percent extractive value was obtained with alcoholic extract. The antifungal activity of the Cassia fistula was due to the presence of various secondary metabolites. Hence, this plant can be used to discover bioactive natural products that may serve as leads in the development of new pharmaceuticals research activities.[10]          The plant Michelia champaca (MC) is widely used in the treatment of inflammation, constipation, dysmenorrhea, ulcers, wounds, fever, and cough. The aim was to evaluate the wound healing property of ethanolic extract of MC flowers in streptozotocin-induced diabetes in rats. Wound healing activity was assessed by incision and excision wound models. Results were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, followed by Tukeys post-hoc test.[11] Anita Singh et al. studied the plant Cassia fistula Linn. Belonging to family leguminosae, known as Cassia in English, Amaltas in Hindi. The methanolic extract of plant pod, showed the presence of glycoside, steroids, amino acids, flavanoids. The present study was focused to evaluate antipyretic activity of pod of Cassia fistula Linn. The methanolic extract showed antipyretic activity, which was significantly (P . Bark were assayed in wistar albino rats. The extracts were found to posses significant anti-inflammatory effect in both acute and chronic models.[14]          M. A. Islam et al represented the concentration of antimicrobial at which there is complete inhibition of growth of organism. In order to determine the MIC of cloxacillin, 10 MRSA were previously detected from 40 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Agar plate dilution test was used to determine the MIC of cloxacillin.[15]  4.Methodology. a)Brief description of how research will be conducted. Extracts of Cassia fistla will be obtained through soaking the dried leaves and peel in different solvents( water, methanol,ethanol, n-hexane), concentrating them in rotary evaporator and then phytochemical studies will be carried out. Analysis of the plant extracts in different solvents will be done via GC-MS, AAS, FT-IR, UV-Visible Spectroscopy. After that these extracts will be compared with each other on the basis of phytochemical studies as well as on the basis of their quantitative data. 5.Utilization of research results: After this study we will be able Significant reduction of diabetes level in animals after treatment. Reduction of chlosterol level in animals. Presence of glycoside or flavonoid may be responsible for the antidiabetic activity of total alcoholic extract. Antioxidant activity plays a role in wellness, health maintenance, and the prevention of chronic and degenerative diseases. Therefore, it is justifiable to promote these plant extracts which are comparatively cheap, safe and reliable for the treatment of diabetes and chronic disease. Investigating the Cause of Global Warming Many people disagree on the issue concerning global warming. Some believe that human activities, various forms of polluting, are the main cause of global warming. Others think that not only have humans not affected the planet by any significant amount, but that not much global warming has even occurred. Many scientists think that pollution is the cause of global warming and the greenhouse effect. There is a lot of evidence to support this theory. In the United States alone, almost 15,000 pounds of greenhouse gases are emitted per person each year. From 1990 to 1997, these emissions have increased by 3.4%. The burning of fossil fuels is responsible for 82% of these emissions. Since the industrial revolution first came about, the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has increased by almost 30%. The burning of fossil fuels to power vehicles, heat buildings, and to power factories is the cause of the emission of 80% of the carbon dioxide that is released into the atmosphere. The amount of methane in the atmosphere has increased by more that 100% and the amount of nitrous oxide has risen by 15%. The burning of fossil fuels is also responsible for emitting 25% of the methane and 20% of the global nitrous oxide that is released. Some other emissions are caused by the increas e of landfills, agriculture, industry, and mining. There are also other greenhouse gases that do not occur naturally. Some of these gases are chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and perfluorocarbons (PFCs). These are byproducts of refrigeration, air conditioning, and foam production. The increase of greenhouse gases causes the atmosphere to trap more heat than it would naturally. ... ...be able to melt ice caps. I used to believe that action should be taken immediately to stop global warming so that our planet wouldn?t be severely damaged. Now, based on the evidence I have seen, I don?t think that pollution has such a large effect on the environment. Of course I do think that it is important for us to try to cut down on pollution. It will someday affect our descendants. However, I no longer think that a huge amount of money should be spent to solve this problem immediately. I think that each individual should be careful in their everyday lives to try to cut down on pollution. I think this will make our planet a better place for the future. Propolis
Introduction : Propolis is a glue-like resinous material that collected and processed by the bees (honeybees) from various sources of flowers, leaves, and other plants. It is a heterogeneous mixture consist of many compounds which is taken and converted then utilized by bees in sealing their honeycombs holes, smoothing the internal parts of the combs, and providing protection to their residence against invaders. Recent studies which have been conducted on the propolis, showed that the propolis is a mixture of phenolic compounds (phenolic acid), polyphenols , flavonoids , Easters and various types of fatty acids, amino acids, alcohol, steroids, Caffeic acid, CAPE, quercitin , carbohydrates and many other substances that forms the propolis. Its composition may differ due to the difference of the source which is collected from. The differences in their chemical composition may affect the biological activities and may also cause some diversity although the properties are almost similar in all of it. Propolis has an interest according to its properties which make it unique. It might be used in therapeutic aspects such as anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, antiviral and antibacterial activities and also radioprotective properties. Propolis has anti-cancer or anti-tumor factors. It has been reported by many studies which noticed that propolis inhibits cancer cells growth and metastasis by stimulating the apoptosis and the immune system. Apoptosis is the mechanism of destroying and eliminating the Abnormal cells that includes cancer cells. This attribute may prevent the side effects caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are used in the treating cancer but in the same time they damage other organs and may cause other diseases or undesired effects. The only disadvantage of natural anti-cancer is the rate of activity which is faster in chemo and radiotherapy . Also, it has Anti-oxidant activity due to the presence of flavonoids which inhibits the lipid peroxidation and the oxidation of LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and quercetin which is the most potent radical scavenger. Free radical scavengers may prevent the free radicals reactive species from being formed, or remove them before they can harmfully affect the components of the cell. In addition to these properties, it also has antibacterial, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-aggregatory, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effects that make propolis the focus of attention of many scientists. Cancer (malignant tumor) is an abnormal growth of cells due to either presence of mutation in DNA or inhibiting in the tumor suppressors ( one of the checkpoints on the cell cycle ) which leads to fast growth of cancer cells, invading the organs, and destroying the adjacent cells to get the nutrition. Cancer may occur in any part of the lungs and causes damage to the lung and may lead to death . Lung cancer may be hereditary or acquired by many factors, for example, smoking cigarettes, asbestos and breathing carcinogens chemicals. However, the main causes of other types of cancers are still unknown yet.

Knock’s Educated Man
The â€Å"Disadvantages of Being Educated†examines contemporary society’s preference for building specialized skills at the expense of liberal education. Albert Knock believes that today’s curricula have changed its orientation from helping create the Renaissance Man from the tabula rasa into the mechanic of Ford or the programmer of Silicon Valley. Knock pointed out that this is training and should not be synonymous with education. Being proficient or trained in something could categorize one as trained but not educated. Training is not synonymous to having been educated. Knock’s man has cultivated his intellect and character to the point where his options for the future included, in his words, â€Å"what he could become and be instead of what he could get and do†. What is surprising for him is contemporary society’s not distinguishing between the difference between training and education which was not the case before. During the Medieval period, scholars of classical works were looked upon as learned men. The cobbler, builder, stonemasons, tinkerers, and town criers were on a subordinate level far below that of the scholastics. Carrying on with Knock’s line of thought, we could imagine the manual laborers of the Dark Ages as having become shoe stylists and fashion models, engineers, computer programmers and technicians, and TV hosts of today who are good in their fields and perhaps below mediocre in dialectics. Yet, the honor of having â€Å"made it†is easily applied to them by contemporary society than to the stereotyped harried-looking teacher of a university. Knock has nothing against the emphasis on specialization. He argued that specialization and liberal education are relevant. Both could be had instead of having one being preferred at the expense of the other. Knock expressed regret this is not so today. The educated man that he had in mind would be hard put to find his place in today’s modern setting. His educated man is open to other fields of interests that would encourage the thinking process: argue the ills of society, participate in dialectics, and develop a mind that is always inquiring and trying to discover what is good for the best kind of life. Since today’s trend in life is getting the proper or specialized skill that could ensure one a high-paying job, Knock’s educated man would have difficulty connecting with his contemporaries. He would not be in agreement with their having narrowing the focus of their concentration and energy to the mundane ambition of having an eight- to- five job that could buy them a Superbowl ticket and ensure a healthy pension after working as a cog or bolt in an assembly line. He would not even care to become the main nut in that assembly line. Each field created its own complexities and somebody having found himself a niche in his chosen field could claim a consultancy fee. I could be a consultant to the Tupperware Company if my scientific expertise resulted to inventing a fireproof plastic. The skill acquired in such a field may be hopelessly irrelevant during the Renaissance period but the pay is hopefully and insanely more than sufficient to ensure a comfortable life while still pursuing new plastic discoveries. One can only stay in the business if he or she will continue to update with new developments or make new developments himself. Failure to do so would condemn oneself to irrelevance in his chosen field. Meaning, the acquisition of knowledge on plastics will have to continue until the moment I die, perhaps induced by having to work with plastic. The competition for the American dream is rigid and I could not afford to pause for a breath asking the meaning of life while everybody else is plunging down to their success. As a student, Knock would prefer me to be the educated man that he has in mind. He wouldn’t agree to my cultivating a mindset that looks forward to having just a job to enable me to pay for my daily meals, ensure payment for my cable bills, and after work enabling me to be a couch potato. Knock would love see me entertain ideas for ideas’ sake and look at them as an educated man would look: objectively and disinterestedly. Knock perhaps sees the mainstream as a flock of sheep narrowing their vision on the grass before them and seldom raising their heads to appreciate the greater perspective. For most of us-including me- the trend is acquiring skills; the more specialized the skill, the greater the opportunity for a well-placed and well-paying job. The past-paced world that we have today is unkind to thinkers. Why pursue the meaning of life when what is life has already been defined by the American dream? Consumerist society measures a man by his capability to purchase the hottest and the latest pick. For someone to indulge in the search for the meaning of life would be condemning oneself to a meaningless life of penury and from the viewpoint of the mainstream-irrelevance. The social construct on success has already been insinuated, defined, and considered as an end. Knock may quote Longfellow and implore me, â€Å"Be not like dumb, driven cattle, be the hero in the strife†. Yes, I have already heard it in the required subjects in the first year and it is difficult to indulge myself in them when I am about to major in something useful. History, reexamining its ills, could not buy my cappuccino at Starbucks; Moliere and his wit could not pay for my taxicab fare; and I have no time to waste on Kant’s â€Å"Critique on Pure Reason†when I have to attend a workshop on plastics. Free thinking could free the soul, nourish the intellect, and strengthen the character. This is quite noble and at best, the preoccupation of the Renaissance Man. This is tempting but it would be difficult to explain myself to my friends in when we met to socialize or even to my family during a reunion.

This has in turn increased the murder rate in the region which has the highest number of unemployed young women in the world. The desperate young women who live in the area will opt to work for the drug lords who promise them a good pay and in turn they are mistreated and murdered afterwards. This financial problem has caused more and more young girls to be lured into the drug lords’ trap in a bid to securing a better future which is not forthcoming. Despite most of the young women being employed in the Maquila industry in the region, most opt to work for the drug lords because of the harassment and low pay that they get from the industry. The presence of the crime groups in the region of Ciudad Jurez has sparked fear in most analysts in that most of the crime that takes place in the area is organized by these groups and other groups outside the region. In the process of these crimes, the young women are kidnapped and are taken as hostages and are later murdered by the kidnappers. Before they are murdered by the kidnappers, they are raped, tortured and then murdered very violently. These groups that control the crimes in the region know that most of the young women are vulnerable to their attacks and always attack with the notion of being able to take the young women hostage and use them as their sex slaves and later murder them violently after they have captured other young women who they are able to use for the same purpose11. These kinds of kidnaps have been very common in the region of Ciudad Jurez by the organi zed groups because they are the ones that control the crimes and kidnaps that are in place in the area. When the young women are kidnapped by the organized groups, some of the groups ask for ransom from their families and those families being poor will not be able to pay for their release. This prompts the kidnappers to go ahead and use them as sex slaves for their own sex satisfaction and slaves to do their chores for them. After they have kidnapped younger women from the region, they dispose the others by violently killing them and dumping their bodies in the outskirts of the region. They continue doing the same to the other young women and afterwards murder them violently12. Most of the organized groups that are found in the region use the vulnerability of the young women to lure them into their traps which is by promising them money or even a good life but instead use them and later murder them. This has been a major cause of the increasing number of murders of young women that is being witnessed in the border town of Ciudad Jurez in Northern Mexico. Drug Trafficking Drugs is the next and one of the most serious problems that worries all people all over the world. The border town of Ciudad Jurez in Northern Mexico is one of the most notorious towns in the world for having the highest number of drug traffickers. This has had a drastic effect on the people of the region in that more than three quarters of the population in the region is addicted to one drug or the other. Ciudad Jurez has the highest number of drug lords who control most of the drugs that are transported from Mexico to the United States of America, the town being a border town with the United States to the West13. This has in turn increased the murder rate in the region which has the highest number of unemployed young women in the world. The desperate young women who live in the area will opt to work for the drug lords who promise them a good pay and in turn they are mistreated and murdered a fterwards. This financial problem has caused more and more young girls to be lured into the drug lords’ trap in a bid to securing a better future which is not forthcoming. The use of drugs among the local residents has led to most of the young women being vulnerable in a bid to being able to get money to buy the drugs. This has prompted some people to take advantage of the situation and use the young women sexually and afterwards murder them. Most of the young women in the region who are addicted to the drugs that are brought by the drug lords enter into the business of prostitution with the idea of being able to raise the money that they need to buy the drugs they take14. Some of the people that use these young women for sex always exploit them and abuse them physically but younger women cannot do anything because they need the money for the drug and the only way they are able to get it is by offering their own bodies. In the process, some of the people will murder these you ng women by posing as clients and after they have used the young women sexually, they will murder them without mercy. Most the young women are very vulnerable because they need the money to support themselves and their families and thus end up in the hands of the drug lords who use them as sex slaves in their home and after they are satisfied, they murder them and dump their bodies in the outskirts of the town. Most of the women having very low education levels will not be able to do anything. They just continue to be used so long as they get the money to buy the drugs but in the process of being used they meet their merciless killers. This has had a serious effect on the economy of the region in that most of the young women do not contribute in any way to the prosperity of the region but instead sell their own bodies just to be able to buy the drugs they need from the drug lords who are on the rise in the area. Laxity of the government The government of Mexico has been under pressu re from the international community to put an end to the murders that are witnessed in the Ciudad Jurez region but it has been very reluctant in trying to solve them. It is known that the region is controlled by very powerful drug lords, some of whom are very influential in the government15. This has had a drastic effect on the justice system in that most of the murderers in the region do not face the law because they are protected by the powerful drug lords who rule the region. The word â€Å"justice†has been taken like a joke in the region especially in cases where the young women are murdered and the perpetrators of this heinous crime always go scot free. The Mexican government has been proven to be very corrupt in that most of the drug lords are able to buy their freedom because they are very wealthy and are able to conduct corrupt activities within the government. By doing so, these drug tycoons end up controlling the justice system hence making sure that the perpetrato rs of the murders are never brought to book. The government has also been criticized for its failure to station police officers in the region in a bid to beef up security and control the murders that have been on the rise in the area. Their failure can be attributed to the fact that the region is controlled by the drug lords who are very influential and control most of the activities in the area including those that are carried out by the Mexican police which include covering up for these grisly murders16. The police has also been on the frontline in the claims because they are known for conducting investigations that are not conclusive for the murders thus no suspects are arrested. They also respond very slowly in terms of solving the murders in the regions because they are controlled by the influential drug lords who control the region. The government has also been criticized by the international community of inefficiency in trying to control the murders that take place here. This has been mainly because most of the murders and kidnappings always take place in the full presence of police officers who do nothing to stop them. They have been unable to control these crimes and bringing the perpetrators of the murders to the book has taken an eternity. Impacts of the murders in Ciudad Jurez The murders that have taken place in the border town of Ciudad Jurez and surrounding regions in Northern Mexico have had a drastic effect especially on the economy of the country as a whole. For the recommendation to be able to take effect and stop the violent murders that take place in this region, the government and the local residents have to join together so as to be able to combat the vice that is slowly taking away the lives of the young women in the Ciudad Jurez region. Some of the recommendations include; Activism More and more people in the community must be able to protest to the government in a bid to make it act in the situation that is slowly turning the country into a very horrible place. The local residents must join hands with the international countries to put more pressure on the government to start acting on the matter that has a very serious effect on the economy and the image of the Mexican government and citizens in general17. If more and more people mount pressure on the government to root out the vice, then the Mexican government will start acting and in tu rn will be able to stop the murders of the young women who are being murdered very violently and this will in turn be productive for the country in that most of the young women who would have instead landed in the hands of the murderers will start doing constructive things which will lead to the rise of the economy of the country in general. Infrastructure The infrastructure of a town or a country is one of the most important parts of building the economy. If the government is to root out the vice of the young women being murdered in the Ciudad Jurez region, they must improve the infrastructure by building schools and road networks in a bid to get rid of the vice18. By building schools the government will be able to help younger women get an education and this will in turn translate to them leaving the Ciudad Jurez to go and look for employment in other towns hence reducing their risk of being murdered in the Ciudad Jurez region. In addition to that, the government should build a go od road network in the Ciudad Jurez and this will make it safer and less hectic for the young women who commute every day to work in the Maquiladoras. With a good road network, it will be easier for the law enforcers to keep track of the kidnappers who are very rampant in Ciudad Jurez and the surrounding regions. The government should also build modern stalls where the young women are able to carry out constructive businesses as alternative safe ways of making a living. Security If the government is committed to improving the state of the Ciudad Jurez region, then it should work to improve the security of the area by deploying more police officers who are capable of dealing with the perpetrators of the murders. The government should also hold the police accountable for the work they will have done in the region in that they must account for every investigation that will be carried out in the region and make sure that the perpetrators of the murders are captured and charged in the co urts of law. On the other hand, the government should also deploy police officers who will be patrolling the areas around the Ciudad Jurez region in a bid to be able to get the perpetrators of the murders that are committed in the region. By deploying police officers who patrol the area, then the murderers and kidnappers will be wary of being arrested if caught and hence this will reduce the rate of the murders drastically. The government should also put in place legislation that will deal with the perpetrators of the murders in the regions. For example, the government is able to impose death penalties to anyone who is caught in the act or has committed the act of murder. This is mainly because most of the drug lords are very influential in the government. If the government is able to crack down on these drug lords in the Ciudad Jurez region, then it will mean that it will have taken a huge step in the aim of getting rid of the murders that take place in the area. Most of the murders that take place in the Ciudad Jurez region are committed by the drug lords and by cracking down on them, it will mean that it will be a bit safer for the young women to continue with their daily duties in because there will be no one to harm them. The government must also identify the individual within the government structure who are harboring these drug lords and must be able to make sure that the individual are charged in the courts of law. The government must also make sure that the individual who are found guilty with harboring the drug lords name the drug lords whom they harbor so as to be able to know who the real murderers are. After this has happened, the government will then be able to crack down of the drug lords who are a very big threat to the young women in the Ciudad Jurez region. By doing so, this will go a long way in making sure that the murders in the Ciudad Jurez are prevented which are mostly by the drug lords who are very influential in the government. Government The government should know its role in the murders that are taking place in the Ciudad Jurez and thus taking the necessary actions that are necessary to trying to prevent more mur ders that happen in the Ciudad Jurez region19. The government has been very relaxed with regard the murders that are happening in the Ciudad Jurez region and it is time for the government to take action which includes making sure that all the drug lords and perpetrators of the murders have been persecuted for the murders that they commit. The government should also move in a bid to reducing the poverty level of the people who live in the Ciudad Jurez region in a bid to reducing the number of young women who get involved with the drug lords hence reducing the risk of having the young women murdered in the region. Drug Trafficking Drug trafficking has had a drastic effect on the economy of the Ciudad Jurez region and the government has to put in place measures that make sure that the drug traffickers are punished for the their actions. The government should also control the drug lords who control the Ciudad Jurez region which is notorious for the murders of young women. By doing so, t he government will be able to prevent more young women from getting addicted to drugs which are the main cause for having to commit prostitution in a bid to get money to buy the drugs that they need20. The government should also build rehabilitation centers for the young women who have already been addicted to the drugs to ensure that they reform and keep away from prostitution so as to be able to get the money that is necessary to buy the drugs. This will go a long way in reducing the number of young women who are addicted to drugs in the Ciudad Jurez region which will reduce the number of young women involved in prostitution in the Ciudad Jurez region21. The government should also put in place legislation that caters for the perpetrators of drug trafficking. For example, the government should impose a life sentence to any individual who is involved in drug trafficking or is found guilty of drug trafficking. This will be very important in the sense that most people will be afraid o f committing the crime of drug trafficking due to the huge consequences that will have been imposed by the government. Bavarian Dialect
Bavarian Dialect Who hasnt heard of Bavaria? It is such a popular travel destination, offering everything from the fairy tale Neuschwannstein castle to the not-to-miss yearly Oktoberfest. As a tourist, Bavaria is fairly easy to explore and travel in, but as a German learner, not so if you want to really immerse in their culture. The barrier for any German learner or even Germans from other parts of Germany is das baierische Dialekt. True, Bavarians do speak Hochdeutsch as well since it is taught in schools, but as the bavarian dialect  is the daily language of choice among Bavarians, you need to know some Bavarian in order to get by. But of course to complicate things further for the German language learner, there are several bavarian dialects! There are three main ones: northern bavarian (mainly spoken in upper Palatinate), central bavarian (spoken mostly along the main rivers Isar and Danube, and in upper Bavaria including Munich) and southern bavarian (mostly in Tyrol region). The Baierisch that you hear on the bavarian tv channel is mostly the central bavarian dialect coming from Munich. There is hardly any bavarian literature out there. Bavarian is considered to be a spoken language rather than a written one, even though the bible was translated into Bavarian as well. So how different is Bavarian from standard German? See if you can understand the following Bavarian tongue twister: Oa Zwetschgn im Batz dadatscht und oa im Batz dadatschte Zwetschgn gaabatn zwoa batzige dadatschte Zwetschgn und an batzign Zwetschgndatschi! Get a Description and Diagram of Thalamus Gray Matter Thalamus: The thalamus is a large, dual lobed mass of gray matter buried under the cerebral cortex. It is involved in sensory perception and regulation of motor functions. The thalamus is a limbic system structure and it connects areas of the cerebral cortex that are involved in sensory perception and movement with other parts of the brain and spinal cord that also have a role in sensation and movement. The thalamus sends out signals in the brain to reduce the perception of and response to sensory information, such as sound during sleep.
